Ghost of Tsushima is such a great game and its hero, Jin Sakai, makes for the greatness. This resides in the fact that he has so much humanity, therefore he’s imperfect, flawed and sometimes weak… but with the help of people around him, he can save Tsushima, even though he’s not recognized by everyone for that. One of the supportive characters, Yuriko, says to him “the strength we need is all around us”, which was the original caption for this shot because I think it fits well on Jin’s story: the way of the ghost seems like a lonely journey, but he wouldn’t be able to be in it without the help of others. I remember having the exciting feeling of sharing this shot back in July 2021 because I was so proud of it and I received amazing feedback from the community. I’m grateful and proud to be a virtual photographer and I’m excited to see this new perspective on videogames become a new art form.
